Union Minister Manohar Lal Khattar criticized the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) for its ineffectiveness in resolving real estate sector issues, stating that stressed projects entering the tribunal often face inevitable failure. He mentioned plans to address this with the Prime Minister, alongside corporate affairs ministry.
