Federal officials are reinstating hundreds of US health workers laid off from the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) last year. These terminations, which affected nearly 900 employees, were part of a broader federal workforce restructuring. The American Federation of Government Employees confirmed all remaining terminations have been rescinded.
