The Leh Apex Body (LAB) rejected claims of a "foreign hand" in recent Leh violence, which left four dead and 90 injured. LAB co-chairman Chering Dorjay alleged police and CRPF used excessive force, firing directly at protesters without standard crowd-control measures, despite youth going "out of control." He demanded a judicial probe into the incident.
